Windward Pride — the pride of Windward — is named after the windward coast village of Carriacou, the historic home of the island's shipbuilding industry. It was here that Alwyn Enoe's sloops were built, and it is here that a plot of land was designated in 2025 to house Grenada's future shipbuilding school.
The boat is competing in the Carriacou Regatta. On July 31, 2026, it was forced to retire from the sloop race after an accident. Its crew worked through the night to repair it in time for the Round the Island Race the following day.
