Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e2ti enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 la main dans un village de la c\u00f4te centrale du Br\u00e9sil o\u00f9 la construction navale est un h\u00e9ritage transmis de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. On y dit qu\u2019\u00ab il faut tout un village pour faire un bateau \u00bb, car le village entier travaille ensemble \u00e0 ces ouvrages, chacun unique.<\/p><p>Ses acqu\u00e9reurs racontent l\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 sur le lit du fleuve o\u00f9 il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 construit, deux mois seulement apr\u00e8s son ach\u00e8vement. Le bois est une essence indig\u00e8ne des for\u00eats c\u00f4ti\u00e8res du Br\u00e9sil ; chaque arbre est employ\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement et remplac\u00e9 par un nouveau plant.<\/p><p>Il sert aujourd\u2019hui de navire amiral aux projets caritatifs d\u2019une fondation locale, en faveur des enfants, des jeunes vuln\u00e9rables et des secours en cas de catastrophe.<\/p><h2
